What we do

Berkshire Loft Conversions is an introduction service. We pass enquiries from homeowners to local loft conversion specialists. We are not a contractor: we do not survey, design, quote for or carry out any building work.

Your contract is with the specialist

If you go ahead with a specialist, your agreement is with them, not with us. Check their credentials, insurance, references and contract terms before you commit. We are not responsible for the quality, price or completion of their work.

Guides, cost ranges and calculator results on this site are general information to help you plan. They are not quotes or professional advice. Every property is different, so get advice from a qualified professional before making decisions about your home.

Using the service

The service is free for homeowners. Please only send genuine enquiries about your own property, or one you are authorised to act for.
