- Tell us about your project. Our form asks about your home, the type of conversion you have in mind, your timescale and budget. It takes a couple of minutes.
- We pass on your enquiry. If you agree, we share your details with up to three local loft conversion specialists. We will be in touch within two working days.
- The specialists contact you. They arrange to survey your loft and give you a quote.
- You decide. Compare the quotes and choose who, if anyone, to go ahead with. Your contract is with the specialist, not with us.
What we do and don't do
- We do research and publish information on costs, planning and building regulations in Berkshire, with sources, so you can plan with some confidence.
- We do pass your enquiry to local specialists, only with your permission.
- We don't survey, design, quote for or carry out building work, and we are not responsible for the specialists' work.
- We don't sell your details to anyone else. See our privacy policy.
How the service is paid for
The service is free for you. It may be funded by fees paid by the specialists we introduce, which is common for introduction services. You don't pay us anything, and you are under no obligation to use any specialist.
Before you hire anyone
